"Touch typist" tutorial
Can type all English letters, numbers and most used symbols at the speed of 40 WPM
“Touch typist” tutorial designed for those who already knows basics of keyboarding and wants to improve their 10-finger typing skills. It assumed that user has finished “Beginner Typist” tutorial or can type all small English letters at the speed of 20 WPM with all 10 fingers.
After completing this tutorial user will be able to touch type all English letters, including capital letters, all numbers and mostly used symbols like ".", ",", ";", "?", "!" and etc.
Tutorial contains from 18 lessons where each introduces new letters or symbols, many practices and tests to prove ground and the final exam, totaling up to 40 exercises.
Every lesson, practice and test has speed and accuracy requirements, which increases from one lesson to the next progressively. For example, first lesson has speed requirement of 20 WPM, while last requires 40 WPM.
Achieving these requirements are mandatory in order to be able to take the final exam.
The final exam has speed and accuracy requirement: 40-WPM (words per minute) with 95% of accuracy, upon achieving of which user receives “Touch typist” certificate.
